What payment options do I have?
You can purchase and pay through PayPal or Stripe. Make sure that your credit card allows for international and recurring payments, this is often the case but sometimes payments are refused because of this.
How do I update my payment method?
To update your payment method, you need to cancel your current subscription. You can access the content until the end of the current subscription period. Once this period has ended, you will be prompted to update your payment method. Follow the steps and you are on your way. You can choose to go from monthly payments to annual/yearly payments or to from annual/yearly payments to monthly payments.

How do I log out of my account?
There’s a link at the top menu bar. It says My Accoun. Click Logout.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Easy. Login to and click on My Account at the top right corner. Click Settings and Cancel subscription. You are always welcome back.
I forgot my password. How do I access my Lumi Meditation account?
Just click on Log in at the top menu bar. Choose the forgot password option.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any time. After cancelling we will not charge you anything. You will have full access to LumiMeditation.com for the rest of your payed subscription period after canceling. We will not refund you for the remaining time of your subscription should you cancel before it ends. All our plans are subscriptions and will be renewed at the end of the subscription period. Monthly plans are renewed every month, the annual plan will be renewed every year.
To cancel, Login to and click on My Account at the top menu bar. Click Settings and Cancel subscription. You are always welcome back.
How do I change my account’s email address, username or password?
Easy. Login to your account and go to Settings. Here you can change your details (email address, username, password, and more) as you wish.
