Intense pressure in a chakra point

I’m finding myself experiencing intense pressure in [a chakra point]. What does this mean? This is perfectly normal. This can happen when we practice energizing body and mind meditations. It is just something that happens. It’s part of the human condition.
It is perfectly normal to feel a little bit of pressure or tightness in a chakra point when using these energizing body and mind meditation methods. When experiencing intense pressure in a chakra point, you simply stop. You just stop your meditation. You open your eyes and breath normally. If these pressures are in a chakra point like the heart, it could indicate that it could be a heart problem and you should contact a health-care professional.
There is no shame in dialing it back. It’s not a competition. Everyone has to dial back. Myself included. It’s just somethings that happens. It’s part of the human condition. So, when you are experiencing intense pain, always dial it back and stop. Even master meditation practitioners and advanced yoga practitioners have to dial back. Be kind to your-self, listen to your body, and mind, when meditating. And if this happens again, just stop your meditation. Take a step back, listen to your body and modify your meditation practice.
If these kinds of experiences continue, you could try other energizing body and mind meditations like the Breath of fire or a Kapalabhati pranayama meditation technique. Or you could even try a more calming stress release method like Anapana breathing meditation which is a present moment awareness meditation technique. I’m here to support you with your meditation practice when you need me.
